Jeff Ross

I'm excited to serve as your board secretary. My love for Upper Nemahbin Lake started through my in-laws, Bob and Sandy Sugden, who moved here back in 1986—and our family hasn't looked back since. We're out on the water every chance we get: paddle boarding, wakeboarding, water skiing, and plenty of laid-back time on the pontoon boat. After bouncing around Colorado and Indiana, my family decided the lake was worth staying for full-time, and I couldn't be happier about it.

My career has taken me through healthcare equipment and service, private equity, and consulting work—jobs that taught me the importance of keeping everyone in the loop with clear, straightforward communication. I'm here to make sure our district stays connected and informed, and I'm genuinely looking forward to working with you all.
