Declaring Certain Street on Plats to Be Public Highways

Supervisors of the Town of Summit, Waukesha County, Wisconsin pursuant to the authority granted by the provisions of Sec. 80.38, Wisconsin Statutes, having within said town a village and other plats, certified and recorded, and not included within the limits of any incorporated village, do hereby

RESOLVE AND ORDER that the following streets, or portions of streets as shown on the following described recorded plats, situated in the Town of Summit, Waukesha County, Wisconsin, in accordance with the descriptions of said streets as shown on said plats, are hereby declared to be public highways, and that they deem it necessary for the public use that they be declared as public highways:

  1. ATKIN’S KNOLL Right-of-Way. from the public highway in a northerly direction, 20 feet wide and for a length of approximately 4777.60 feet on the plat of Atkin's Knoll, a subdivision of a part of the West one-half (W 1/2) of Sections Sixteen (16) and Twenty-one (21) in Town Seven (7) North of Range 17 East.
  2. INDIAN MOUND ROAD Right-of-Way, 25 feet wide, and 2996 feet long, and Indian Mound Road. 28-30 feet wide and approximately 1147 feet long, on plat of Mound Park, a subdivision in the Northeast one-quarter, (N.E. 1/4) of Section Sixteen (16) in Town Seven (7), North of Range Seventeen (17) East, In government lots Three (3) and Ten (10).
  3. INDIAN MOUND ROAD Right-of-Way, 25 feet wide approximately 250 feet long, westerly to Boy Scout Camp gate on plat of MOUND PARK ADDITION, a subdivision of a part of Lot Eleven (11) Mound Park, and a part of Government Lot Three (3), in the West one-half (W 1/2) of the Northeast One-quarter of Section Sixteen (16) in Town Seven (7), North of Range Seventeen (17) East.
  4. BREEN BAY Right-of-way from the public highway in a Northerly and Northwesterly direction 20 feet wide, and approximately 4141.2 feet long, on plat of Breen's Bay Subdivision, in the Northeast one-quarter (NE 1/4) of the Northwest one-quarter (NW 1/4) of Section Twenty-five (25) in Town Seven (7) North of Range Seventeen (17) East.
  5. SILVER AVENUE, 33 feet wide and approximately 1498.9 feet long on Plat of the Cedars, situated in the Northeast One-Quarter (NE 1/4) of Section Sixteen (16), and part of the Southeast One-Quarter (SE 1/4) of Section Nine (9) in Town Seven (7), North of Range Seventeen (17) East.
  6. DAVIES DRIVE, 30 feet wide and 643 feet long, and NEMAHBIN STREET, 30 feet wide and 356 feet long, and DAVIES STREET 30 feet wide and 506 feet long, on Map of Davies Plateau a Subdivision of part of the Northeast One-Quarter (NE ¼) of Section Twenty-four (24) tn Town Seven (7), North of Range Seventeen (17) East.
  7. DOUGLAS DRIVE Right-of-Way, from the public highway in a Northerly and Northwesterly direction, 20 feet wide and approximately 1268 feet long, on Plat of Douglass Addition, in the Northeast one-quarter (NE 1/4) of Section Twenty-eight (28), in Town Seven (7), North of Range Seventeen (17) East.
  8. ELM STREET 35 feet Wide, and for a length from the public highway in an Easterly direction of approximately 1355.12 feet, on Plat of Genrich's Bay Subdivision, part of the Northwest fractional One-Quarter (NW 1/4) of Section Twenty-four (24), in Town Severn (7), North of Range Seventeen (17) East.
  9. HEWITTS’S POINT DRIVE, from the town line in a Southerly and Easterly direction, 24 feet wide in a southerly direction and approximately 1850 feet long on Map of Hewitt's Point, in the Northeast One-Quarter (NE 1/4) of Section Two (2), in Town Seven (7) North of Range Seventeen (17) East.
  10. PENISULAR PARK DRIVEWAY, 20 feet wide and approximately 650 ffet long on Plat of Holle’s Resubdivision of Peninsular Park, part of the Northwest One-Quarter (NW ¼ ) of Section Twenty-four (24), in Town Seven (7), North of Range Seventeen (17) East.
  11. JENKIN’S PLAT Right-of-Way, 20 feet wide and approximately 1356 feet long, on Jenkin's plat, part of the Southeast One-Quarter (SE 1/4) of Section Twenty-four (24) in Town Seven (7) North of Range Seventeen (17) East.
  12. OAK GROVE LANE, 30 feet wide and approximately Four Hundred Ninety-Eight (498) feet long, On Map of Oak Grove Subdivision, part of the Northeast One-Quarter (NE 1/4) of Section Twenty-Four (24), in Town Seven (7), North of Range Seventeen (17) East.
  13. HICKORY LANE, 37 feet wide in part and 25 feet wide in part, and approximately 1440 feet long, on Map of Suelflow's Subdivision, of a part of the Northwest One-Quarter (NW 1/4) of Section Twelve (12), in Town Seven (7) North of Range Seventeen (17) East.
  14. WEBBER’S Subdivision Right-of-Way, a continuation of SChimmel'S Road, 30 feet wide and approximately 600 feet long, on Plat of Webber's Subdivision, in the Southwest One-Quarter (SW 1/4) of Section Thirteen (13), in Town Seven (7), North of Range Seventeen (17) East

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, that the Town Clerk record this order in his records.
