This Indenture, Made this 25th day of May A.D., 1972 between Emma Burnham in her own right and as the surviving widow and Joint Tenant of Harold A. Burnham, dec'd. (See Waukesha Co probate file #20541) party of the first part and Charles A. Davis party of the second part.
 
Witnesseth, That the said party of the first part, for and in consideration of the sum of One Dollar and other good and valuable consideration Dollars, to her in hand paid by the said party of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby confessed and acknowledged, has given, granted, bargained, sold, remised, released and quit-claimed, and by these presents does give, grant, bargain, sell, remise, release and quit-claim unto the said party of the second part, and to his heirs and assigns forever, the following described real estate, situated in the County of Waukesha State of Wisconsin, to-wit:
 
An easement over approximately 20 foot right of way on land located directly West of Lot 17, said Lot 17 being in Venice Beach a subdivision of Block F of the Plat of Venice Park in the NE 1/4 of Section 24, Town 7 North, Range 17 East, Waukesha County, Wisconsin as set forth in a deed Loretta Meyers to Harold A. Burnham and Emma Burnham, his wife, said deed being recorded in 465 Deeds 457 Document No. 313149.
 
(Note:) There is no monetary consideration; Given for the purpose of clarifying the description and including this right of way in a ded by and between the parties hereto same having been recorded in Vol. 1168 of Deeds, Page 593, Document No. 745705.
To have and to hold the same, together with all and singular the appurtenances and privileges thereunto belonging or in any wise thereunto appertaining, and all the estate, right, title, interest and claim whatsoever of the said party of the first part, either in law or equity, either in possession or expectancy of, to the only proper use, benefit and behoof of the said party of the second part, his heirs and assigns FOREVER.
 
In Witness Whereof, the said party of the first part has hereunto set her hand and seal this 25th day of May A.D., 1972

Personally came before me this 25th day of May A.D., 1972 the above named Emma C. Burnham a/k/a Emma Burnham to me know to be the person who executed the foregoing instrument and acknowledged the same.
