Lots 21,22, and 23 Plat of Venice Beach Partial Release of Mortgage - Loretta Meyers and Edward J. Zinda and Elizabeth Zinda, his wife and Aloysius P. Wycklendt and Clara Wycklendt, his wife

Arthur B. Meyers (sometimes written Myers) and Loretta Meyers (sometimes written Myers), his wife, as wife and in her own right; Ervin Martens and Betty Martens, his wife, as wife and in her own right; Edward J. Zinda and Elizabeth Zinda, his wife, as wife and in her own right; Joseph Sobol and Louise Sobol, his wife, as wife and in her own right; and Ervin Markowitz, a single man, in Waukesha County, in the State of Wisconsin, in Volume 169 of Mortgages, on page 122, Document No. 175160, and which said mortgage covered, with other property, the premises hereinafter described; and, whereas Waukesha Savings Building and Loan Association the present owner and holder of said mortgage has been requested to release from the lien of said mortgage, the property hereinafter described;

Now therefore, in consideration of the sum of One Thousand ($1,000.00) Dollars, to it paid by Edward J. Zinda and Elizabeth Zinda, his wife, as wife and in her own right; and Aloysius P. Wycklendt and Clara Wycklendt, his wife, as wife and in her own right, the said Waukesha Savings Building and Loan Association hereby releases from the lien and the operation of said mortgage the following portion of said mortgaged premises, to-wit: the certain piece or parcel of land lying and being in the County of Waukesha, and State of Wisconsin, known and described as follows :

Lots 21, 22 and 23 of Venice Beach Subdivision, according to the recorded plat thereof recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds for Waukesha County, Wisconsin, in Vol. 10 of Plats Pages 50 and 51.

The said Waukesha Savings Building and Loan Association retains its lien upon the balance of the premises (not heretofore released) described in said mortgage to secure the principal sum unpaid, to-wit: Forty-two Hundred ($4,200.00) Dollars, with all interest on the same remaining unpaid, according to the terms and conditions of said mortgage.

In Witness Whereof, the said Waukesha Savings Building and Loan Association has caused these presents to be signed by Perry L. Friz, its President, and countersigned  by R.P. Breese, its Secretary, at Waukesha, Wisconsin, and its corporate seal to be hereunto affixed, this 16th day of August, A. D., 1933 executed the foregoing instrument as such officers as the deed of said Corporation, by its authority.
