 RIGHT OF WAY GRANT

 

THIS INDENTURE,  Made this 15th day of June, A.D., 1951, between LORETTA MEYERS, of the City of Milwaukee, County of Milwaukee, and State of Wisconsin, party of the first part, and HERBERT W. O’CONNOR, of the Town of Wauwatosa, County of Milwaukee, and State of Wisconsin, party of the second part.

 

 

That the said party of the first part, for and in consideration of the sum of One Dollar and other good and valuable considerations to her in hand paid by the said party of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby confessed and acknowledged, hereby grants and conveys unto the said grantee, and his heirs, and assigns, and his and their agents and servants, guests, persons with whom they have occasion to do business, and the tenants and occupants for the time being of the premises known as:

 

 
and all and every other persons and person for the benefit and advantage of the said party of the second part, his heirs and assigns from time to time, and at all times hereafter, at his and their will and pleasure, by night and by day, and for all purposes, to go return, pass and repass, on foot or with vehicles of all kinds, along and over all PRIVATE RIGHTS OF WAY, as the same may be designated in or on the PLAT OF VENICE BEACH, dated December 29, 1928, and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds for Waukesha County, on March 15, 1929, in Volume 10 of Plats on page 50 as Document No. 164330, said PLAT OF VENICE BEACH, being a Subdivision of Block “F” of the Plat of Venice Park, situated in the North East ¼ of Section 24, Township 7 North, Range 17 East, Waukesha County, Wisconsin.

 

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said party of the first part, has hereunto set her hand and seal at Milwaukee, Wisconsin, this 15th day of June, A.D., 1951.
